All of Monica ́s designs are result of her continuous art exploration, which usually starts through watercolor, drawing or photography, or they can be specifically conceptualized as rugs on digital media.
Her creative process is influenced by her exotic travels, where the cyan and purples of Patagonian glaciers; the moss on Peruvian rainforest older buildings; the strong light contrasts of Urubamba Valley; or the interconnection of Vancouver’s wintery branches, contribute inmensly to her treament of color and texture.
To ensure our rugs are ethically produced, we work with GoodWeave and FairTrade certified artisans, assuring no children labor is used, and contributing to artisan ‘s wellness and development, as well as their families.
